HKIHS–IEES Environmental Talk Series: Blue roof, green landscape, stormwater control and sustainable water management
Frequent natural disasters like typhoons, flooding and landslides in recent years are seriously affecting people’s daily lives or even threatening people’s lives and property. To achieve sustainable development, the development shall meet the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. In this talk, Ms. Joanne Kwan, the Senior Research Manager of the Construction Industry Research and Information Association (CIRIA) will give a brief talk on the blue roof, green landscape, stormwater control and sustainable water management.
