SDSN Hong Kong Webinar – From SARS to COVID-19 Pandemic: The Hong Kong Journey, and What Next?

21 April 2020

08:30pm

COVID-19 is posing unprecedented challenges to the global community. In Hong Kong, we have been fighting the epidemic for several months. A concerted effort from different sectors in the community would be needed to win this battle.

COVID-19 is now a global pandemic, and the situation is constantly evolving. The Hong Kong Chapter of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN Hong Kong) hopes to share the experience in Hong Kong and look forward to explore with you:

  • Interventions adopted in Hong Kong to fight COVID-19
  • Psychobehavioural responses of the general public towards the outbreak, and insights for intervention and risk communication strategies
  • How we may mobilise support measures especially for vulnerable communities from philanthropic perspectives
  • How we may address post-outbreak challenges and build the city’s resilience
