CUHK is now collaborating with students studying in MSc Environmental Management Programme of The University of Hong Kong to collect unwanted,  including new, used or expired, cosmetics under ‘Coslligraphy ─ Cosmetics Recycling and Upcycling Programme’ on campus.  These collected items will be upcycled into pigments and used in a series of environmental creative art workshops.

Collection Period:

16 September – 31 October

Collection Box Location:

G/F lobby, Pi Ch’iu Building

Target Items:

– Powder eyeshadow
– Powder blush

– Eyebrow powder

– Eyeliner

Other cosmetic items e.g., lipsticks, cream eyeshadow, foundation etc. are not included in this recycling and upcycling programme.
