Chocolate has always been the most popular Valentine’s Day gift. How can it be a healthy and warm gift?
In the Vegan Chocolate Truffle Workshop, the chocolate truffles will be made by local and seasonal food instead of dairy products. Also, no food additives will be used. Participants will learn more about ‘Veganism’ and make chocolate truffles for loved ones.

Time: 6:30–8:30pm
Location: Cookery Demo Room, Lee Woo Sing College
Remarks: Each participant can take 6–8 pieces of chocolate to home

在「純素松露朱古力工作坊」中,朱古力將採用本地時令食材取代奶製品製作,亦不使用任何食品添加劑。參加者不但可透過工作坊了解「純素主義」的概念,更可親手製作松露朱古力送給至愛。
