建築物節能潛力大 零碳高樓見曙光 住宅耗電量可減半 商廈效果更顯著 News, Energy | 04 November 2021 // 建築物耗能佔本港碳排放量逾6成，若成功節能省電，可減低發電廠運作量，為碳中和踏前一大步。港大零碳實驗室總監潘巍曾研究本港高樓大廈達致零碳的可行性，得出以目前的科技水平，可將住宅樓宇的用電量減半。潘巍解釋，本港天氣潮濕炎熱，建築物須同時處理抽濕及製冷，加上人口密度高，建築物要達致零碳的難度，遠比外國為高，認為科研界未來須增加跨學科的創新研究，讓零碳高樓不再是空中樓閣。 //...
