Category 7: Workplace Health and Wellness
Studies show that employees weigh enjoyment of role, trust and work-life balance more than salaries. As most people spend almost two thirds of their waking hours at work, job satisfaction has an important influence on employees’ productivity and health-related behaviours. Workplace health and wellness incentives can drive healthy behaviours and make teams more productive.
