Smart Campus Solutions Competition 2024

The Smart Campus Solutions Competition, a university-wide competition on student-led smart projects at CUHK, encourages and assists all full-time undergraduate students to create and undertake innovative solutions that contribute to a smart, inclusive and sustainable campus.

 

The Task Force on Smart CUHK Campus will invite applications for the 2024 Competition in November 2023.

Supporting Innovation

Funding

Round 1 – Seed Funding

  • Up to HK$50,000 will be awarded to each shortlisted project team for prototype development

Round 2 – Project Funding

  • Project funding at full cost (amount to be determined by the Assessment Panel) will be awarded to each shortlisted project team for fully-fledged project development

Cash Prizes

Champion: HK$30,000

First runner-up: HK$20,000

Second runner-up: HK$10,000
