// The Jockey Club Museum of Climate Change of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) launched the ‘Eating Greener’ Exhibition on 4 July 2019 (Thursday). Officiating at the launch ceremony were Professor Joseph Sung, Chairman of the Environmental Campaign Committee (ECC), and Mr Eric Ng, Vice-President (Administration) and University Secretary of CUHK.

Supported by the Environment and Conservation Fund (ECF), the Museum launched the two-year environmental educational programme, ECF ‘The Drama of Climate Change and a Low-carbon Future’. The ‘Eating Greener’ exhibition is one of the signature events of the programme. With the aid of infographics and art installations, the exhibition reveals how our dietary habits and climate change are closely interlinked, and promotes a low-carbon lifestyle and sustainable development. //
