Press Release, MoCC, Climate Change, Exhibition | 26 October 2022

// The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK)’s Jockey Club Museum of Climate Change (MoCC) recently launched the Humanity–Climate–Nature: A Future Museum Curators’ Exhibition.  Officiating at the launch ceremony were the Environmental Campaign Committee (ECC)’s Chairman Mr Simon Wong kit-lung and CUHK’s Vice-President (Administration) Mr Eric S.P. Ng. The exhibition runs until 31 January 2023.

The exhibition features the results of an 18-month community-engagement project, ECF Mobilizing Community Climate Action by Future Museum Curators.  The project is supported by the Hong Kong government’s Environment and Conservation Fund (ECF).  It recruited 70 secondary school students and, through a unique model of experiential and problem-based learning, equipped them with the knowledge and skills to become ‘Future Museum Curators’, and inspire action on climate change and sustainable development through exhibitions. //
