「賽馬會綠續.源園」計劃(JCSCCP)推出E.A.S.Y. (Electricity Awareness Starts with You) 慳電行動,旨在分享慳電貼士及破解常見迷思,鼓勵學生成為節能高手。
歡迎中大學生參加,學習你可以如何節約用電、節省金錢、保護地球,節能變得「E.A.S.Y.」。完成挑戰後,有機會贏取獎品。
活動期間:即日起至2025年4月30日
資源:查看JCSCCP的指南,指南有關Jack和Sam如何調整舊習慣以節能慳電,並讓你反思你在日常生活中如何慳電。
A. 完成個人挑戰:
1. 字謎遊戲 – 解開字謎,發掘隱藏的節能貼士
2. 環保標籤問答 – 測試你對節能標籤同產品的認識
3. 情境題挑戰 – 解決真實生活中的節能難題
4. 節能承諾 – 提交你的節能承諾,鼓勵其他人一齊參與
查看JCSCCP Padlet上的10個簡單的提示,了解YES和NO,你亦可在第一個帖子中分享你的提示,鼓勵其他同學。你必須在此表格中提交承諾。
個人挑戰獎品:完成以上4個項目的參加者之中,最高分的參加者將有機會贏取以下獎品其中一件:
- 一部蘋果11吋型號 iPad Air Wi-Fi 128GB 及 蘋果 Pencil Pro
- 一部蘋果智能手錶 Series 10 (GPS)
- 一部DJI Osmo Pocket
B. 完成宿舍挑戰:(適用於指定宿舍,包括中大知行樓、陳震夏宿舍、湯若望宿舍、國際生堂4座、逸夫書院第二學生宿舍低座)
第一步:迷你問答 – 完成問答題,了解你宿舍的電力消耗模式
第二步:全宿舍節能挑戰目標 – 2025年4月用電量相比去年同期(2024年4月)的減幅

宿舍挑戰獎品:在上述參與的中大宿舍中,電力減幅百分比最高的宿舍,每位已完成迷你問答的宿舍學生可獲得100 Carbon Wallet 積分,亦有機會可獲得HK$2,000 現金獎。

Join JCSCCP’s E.A.S.Y. Campaign
JCSCCP has launched the E.A.S.Y. (Electricity Awareness Starts with You) Energy Saving Campaign, aiming to share energy-saving tips and myth-busting facts, encouraging students to become energy-saving experts.
CUHK students are welcome to participate and discover what ‘WATT’ you can do to save energy, save money, and protect the planet. Energy saving becomes E.A.S.Y. Complete the challenges to learn about energy saving and stand a chance to win prizes.
Campaign Period: From now until 30 April 2025

Dive into the journey of fellow university classmates Jack and Sam to see how old habits can be easily adjusted without significantly sacrificing their usual practices. Along the way, you will discover some interesting myths and facts that will stimulate your thoughts.
A. Complete Individual Challenge – Complete all the following online tasks:
1. Crossword – Try the word puzzle to discover the embedded electricity saving tips
2️. Eco-Labelling Quiz – Test your knowledge on electricity-efficient label and products
3️. Scenario-Based Questions – Solve real-life electricity-saving challenges
4️. Make a Pledge – There are 10 EASY tips on JCSCCP’s Padlet board. Get to know the YES and NO, you can also share your tips on the first post to inspire your fellow schoolmates. To complete this task, you have to submit your pledge in this form.
Individual Challenge Prize: Participants who complete all the above 4 challenges and achieve the highest scores will have a chance to win one of the following prizes:
- An Apple 11-inch iPad Air Wi-Fi 128GB with Apple Pencil Pro
- An Apple Watch Series 10 (GPS)
- A DJI Osmo Pocket
B. Complete Hall Challenge (Applicable to designated halls’ student residents, including CUHK’s Chih Hsing Hall, Chan Chun Ha Hostel, Adam Schall Residence, International House 4, and Student Hostel II (Low Block) of Shaw College):
Step 1 – Complete Mini Quiz: Finish the quiz and understand the consumption pattern of your hall
Step 2 – Hall-wide Electricity Consumption Reduction – Achieve electricity consumption reduction in April 2025 compared to April 2024

Act to reduce electricity consumption by referring to the energy-saving tips in JCSCCP’s guidebook. Save more energy, and stand out in the Hall Energy Reduction Challenge.
Hall Challenge Prize: For the hall that achieves the highest percentage reduction in electricity consumption among the above participating halls at CUHK, each student residents of that hall who has completed the Mini Quiz will receive 100 Carbon Wallet points and stands a chance to win HK$2,000 cash prize.
