展覽資訊:「再生園」再生計劃設計

中大再生園 (Yard of Environmental Sustainability)是糅合創新建築技術和傳統建築材料而成的環保建設,是中大校園可持續發展藍圖之一,提倡負責任使用資源、資源回收和綠化環境。

再生園再生計劃是由中大的社會責任及可持續發展處、建築學院、機械與自動化工程學系及建造與建築學機器人中心合作進行。這個項目展示了跨部門及跨學科合作,旨在推動校園可持續發展。

主辦單位期望透過是次展覽讓市民預先了解這個創新環保建築項目的規劃理念、美學特色、設計理念、可持續建築技術和環境影響等相關資訊。

展示日期:2024年6月17日至2024年6月28日

Exhibition Redevelopment of the CUHK ‘YES’ Pavilion

The Yard of Environmental Sustainability (YES) Pavilion in the CUHK is an innovative permanent brick construction created to promote environmentally responsible living. The project is part of a broader campus sustainability initiative to promote responsible material use, recycling, and a green environment.

The redevelopment of CUHK ‘YES’ Pavilion is a collaborative effort among CUHK’s Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development Office, School of Architecture, Department of Mechanical and Automation Engineering, and Center for Robotics in Construction and Architecture. This project showcases interdisciplinary collaboration between different departments and offices, aiming to promote sustainable development on campus.

Organizers aim at promoting the innovative design to the members of public through this exhibition. Public are welcome to visit the exhibition. Discover in advance the project’s sustainable principles and aesthetic features. Delve into the project’s concepts, sustainable building techniques, and environmental impact.

Exhibition Period: 17–28 June 2024

Location: G/F Lobby, Yasumoto International Academic Park, CUHK

Features: conceptual and aerial previews of ‘YES’ Pavilion, 3D models, and design introduction videos.

  • The revolutionary ‘YES’ Pavilion, established in CUHK’s central campus since 2011, was a recycling hub that promoted the circular use of resources Adorned with plants and featured public space, it was designed as a gathering place for green enthusiasts to come together and co-create a sustainable lifestyle.
